Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s daily operations, including sales, logistics, finance, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and profitability.
- Lead and motivate department heads and employees to ensure efficient performance.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Strengthen partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Report directly to the company’s President/CEO and provide insights for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, distribution, or trading industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bacolod City.
