BPDOA ANNOUNCEMENT- Ofc of the Sannguniang Panlalawigan - Provincial Ordinance No.139 effective Nov. 16, 2015. An Ordinance requiring posting of Notice and Information regarding Child Protection on Establishments whose operation of business are Prejudicial to the Development and Welfare of MINORS and providing Penalties in Violation Thereof.
This establishments shall post notices and information printed in at least
2 feet x 2 feet stickers or( tarpaulin for approval of Bacoor Municipal)
FOR DRUGTORES pls. put the following: " THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SELL PRESCRIPTION DRUGS TO MINORS" together with the number and title of this ordinance, and shall prevent the same from removal, defacement and damage.
Penalties.Any establishment which shall violate any provision of this Ordinance shall be penalized as follows:
1st Offense - Fine of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00)
2nd Offense - Fine of Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00)
(1) One Month suspension of license permit to operate
3rd Offense - Fine of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00)
and permanent cancellation of license or permit to operate
