• Begin with an intensity that is comfortable until you become familiar with an exercise. Then begin to adjust the intensity so that the exercise challenges you more.

1. Don't skip Warm Up.
Warm ups are crucial both for injury prevention and performance preparations. Cold muscles are more susceptible to injury. Start your workout with 5 minutes brisk walking or other aerobic activity to warm up your body.
2. Maintain Proper Posture all the time.
Always bear in mind that the better your form the better your results will be.
Good form ensures workout efficiency and reduces the likelihood of injury.
Start your workout in a neutral starting point. Maintain the posture and avoid crouching.
3. Rest
When it comes to exercise and rest, proper recovery is as important as proper training.
Rest is important, not just so you can catch your breath and be able to do more exercises, but also because it allows your muscles to recover.
If you need more time to rest, please do so. Do not push yourself wherein you can no longer breath. Listen to your body.
4. Cool Down
No matter what type of exercise you just endured, a proper cool down is also important.
A cool down can also prevent issues like cramping, spasm and can greatly reduce the risk of having an injury.
