NURSE I - To be assigned in BALAMBAN, CEBU
Job Description:
Provide direct patient care
Admit and discharge patients
Document nursing notes
Supervise activities of the nursing attendants
Conduct health teachings
Review charts and nursing records
Observe medical asepsis
Monitor equipments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
- Must be registered
- Preferably with at least 1 year work related experience.
- Must have an excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
