📌Swap chicharon / crinkled deep-fried snacks - boiled mani (peanuts) or roasted mani (walang
mantika/little oil)
📌Swap banana chips / sweet plantain chips - saba banana (boiled or grilled) + taho or plain yogurt
📌Swap fast food chicken fillet / fried items - tinapang isda flakes or grilled fish flakes + sliced veggies
