16/F came in due to a 4 month history of recurrent right upper quadrant pain exacerbated after eating or intake of fatty meal. Whole abdominal ultrasound done showed a distended gallbladder with intraluminal shadowing echo measuring 2.27cm.

‼️ This is a case of Cholelithiasis ‼️
👨‍⚕️ She underwent Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy 👨‍⚕️
