This is a case of an 18/F with a palpable breast mass. She underwent breast mass excision under me.
Considering her young age and her desire to still be able to wear bikinis, placement of incision is a crucial decision

The star is where her mass was located.
Notice where my incision is.
Taking out that mass from this incision site is challenging.
But I guess I can call it my work of art.

My patient was smiling ear to ear during her follow up.
