INTRODUCTION
Our Feasibility study started with brainstorming where the group shared ideas and opinions. Each member listed at least five concept of the establishment that we want to build in the future. Then we chose the best five ideas. One of our group members had an idea of having coffee/bake shop, the other idea was having a bar and grill and exotic restaurant with boutique but we thought all of the establishments mentioned were common in Angeles city. So our group decided to build a gym with organic restaurant. But first were having hard time thinking of the possible name of our establishment. That was rushed the second establishment on our list which was tea house with spa.
Building up a Spa business was actually very challenging because we needed to think of all matter that can satisfy the taste of our customers. Our group decided to choose this kind of business establishment because our group wanted to put something and created something unique on it.
We chose to establish a unique tea house with spa where people could relax and enjoy and be satisfied as their needs be met.
The name Spa-tea-neous derived from the word spontaneous. The term spa was associated w/ water treatment w/c was also known as balneotherapy. Spa tour or spa resort typically offered various health treatments. The belief in the creative powers of mineral water went back to prehistoric times tea from which represented the tea house. And tea referred to Black, Green, and Oolong teas. The teas differed by levels of fermentation processing. Black was fully fermented (oxidized). Oolong was partially fermented, and Green was unfermented. Based on experimental studies and research conducted on green-tea consumption in human populations, some of the major beneficial effects of green tea included a reduced risk of many diseases such as heart diseases; a reduction of dental problems; a reduced cancer risk, especially gastrointestinal cancer; the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels; and anti hypertensive effects.
Our group members agreed to this name Spa-tea-neous there were advantages on choosing the name. First it was unique and modern. Second, other establishment focused on one concept and one service. So we decided to put the two concepts in one establishment. Having a relaxing place to unwind. And for them to feel rewarded after a long hour of working from stress.
Our group wanted to provide treatment and products that were safe, sanitary and effective. Adhere to the highest standard of professionalism and honesty in all client interaction and will not engage in any unethical practices. Respect the right of its client to dignity, confidentially and privacy makes a commitment to improving its services & treatment. Adhere to the laws, rules & regulation governing the provision of treatment and services as required by the local government where we will operate.
Spa-tea-neous was not only providing an excellence service and the place itself. Our group decided to match our spa with a teahouse that served different kinds of tea, coffee, milk shake, cakes, and other sweet and pastry product. Our group also comes up with an idea of playing relaxing music that surely makes our customers feel relaxed and comfortable. The kind of food that served surely love by the customers because our group provided them affordable and with quality food choices. Since the Spa-tea-neous served pastry product, most customer will enjoy it because as we all know many Filipinos loved sweet, and we also served sugar free products so that health conscious customer will have a chance to eat without bothering themselves about their health.
Spa-tea-neous was looking forward on building a good relationship to our future customers which can help our management gain trust from the people outside the business. We wanted to have loyal customers because we believed that having loyal customers is evidence that our service can provide satisfaction and enjoyment to the people who avail the services we offered and the food and drinks we serve. Spa-tea-neous assured those customers who come to us will have many different and affordable choices form our massage services to the tea, coffee and other beverages up to the pastry products.
Spa-tea-neous not only offered massage but also offer other services like pedicure and manicure which added another relaxation to the customers. The Spa-tea-neous will surely maintain the good moral of the staff, proper training, well trained and knowledgeable employees that served the customers, properly and secured safety equipments, product analysis, product inventories and checklist, and a well maintained environment for the relaxation of the customers and staffs. The Spa-tea-neous wanted to create an appealing and relaxing environment with unbeatable quality at an exceptional price.
In terms of service the customers have nothing to worry about because we will assure that the employees are effective and reliable that can provide them the service that they paid for. In addition, the employees are super friendly and approachable so that the customers will not hesitate to ask or talk to them in case they need.
