GUIDELINES FOR RE-OPENING OF E. R. San Juan Clinical Laboratory

WE WOULD LIKE LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT E.R. SAN JUAN CLINICAL LABORATORY WILL RESUME OPERATION ON MAY 25, 2020 MONDAY.

WE WILL STRICTLY OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS INSIDE THE CLINIC.

1. PLEASE WEAR MASK : “ NO FACE MASK , NO ENTRY ” POLICY.

2. ONLY PATIENT IS ALLOWED TO COME INSIDE THE CLINIC EXCEPT FOR MINOR PATIENT.
“ NO COMPANION IS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE FACILITY ”

3. WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE CLIENT TO STAY AND WAIT FOR THE RESULTS. RESULTS WILL BE RELEASED VIA EMAIL/MESSENGER .

4. PLEASE SANITIZE YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER THE TEST IS DONE.

5. PLEASE OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
