Q: Why do my eyes feel dry when I stay in air-conditioned rooms?

A: Air conditioners lower indoor humidity, which can accelerate tear evaporation, leading to dry, irritated eyes. Combat this by using a humidifier, staying hydrated, and applying lubricating eye drops. Take regular breaks from screen time to reduce eye strain as well.

Announcement!

Our ophthalmologists will participate in the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology Midyear Convention on April 24, 25, and 26. As a result, there will be no eye clinic consultations on these dates. Ophthalmology consultations will resume on April 28, 2025.

On the other hand, the dermatology clinic will maintain its regular consultation schedule from 9 AM to 12 noon on those dates.
