***Paghugas sa sugat vs Pagpapadugo sa sugat***

Importanteng mahugasang mabuti ang sugat pagkatapos makagat o makalmot ng hayop na may RABIES kaysa pilitin itong paduguin.

Ganito ang mga dahilan:

PAGHUGAS SA SUGAT — Ang agarang paghuhugas ng may sabon ay mabisang paraan upang mabawasan ang virus, dumi, at bakterya mula sa ibabaw ng sugat. Kapag hinugasan nang mabuti (mga 15 minuto) malaki ang maitutulong nito para mabawasan ang panganib ng impeksiyon.

PAGPAPADUGO SA SUGAT — Ang pagpisil sa sugat para lang magdugo ay pwedeng magdulot ng mas malalim na pinsala, dagdag na impeksiyon, at magpalala ng sugat dahil sa dumi o bakterya mula sa kamay o ibang bagay.
