With the full forces of Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines - SHIP, GentleMen Bicol for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Inc. and GAYON Albay LGBT Organization Inc. the Protects Upscale Bicol supported the Cagsawa Festival Queen DaraGAYna 2026 through a corporate award entitled Queen of PROTECTS UPSACALE BICOL 2026 which was awarded to Ms. Precious LoveMarie Merlin of Naga City.

During the said event, the PROTECTS UPSACALE Bicol team also put up a screening booth and offered FREE and CONFIDENTIAL HIV Screening and Counseling, PrEP Initiation and condom distribution.
