Before, every morning naka–routine talaga ako sa kape as breakfast. Okay naman sa simula… nakakabusog.
Pero after ilang oras? Gutom ulit. Cravings ulit.
Doon nagsimula yung pag-gain ng weight, paglaki ng tummy, at pagbaba ng confidence ko.
