Get your music, and revert to your melody,
It will sustain; your pain will turn into your gain
It will keep you going, And give clarity to your thinking
Re-igniting the spark, awakening the numb,
It will lead you back, arresting all smack.🦋🌷

Knit Thy Grit

What is Grit?

One is gritty when she/he persists in facing all the obstacles through endurance, perseverance, resilience, passion, hard work, and practice.

Grit is the ability and determination to continue doing something despite difficulties.

Grit is ‘stick-to-it-iveness,’ a diligent spirit to keep on. It is persistence and tenacity.

Posible ba ito? Oo.

I paraphrased:
Hindi kailanman ang kritiko ang huhusga sa iyo, hindi kailanman ang nanonood o nagmamasid ang magsasabi kung gaano ka kalakas o kung paano ka nadapa; kung gumawa ka ba ng mas mabuti o hindi.

Tanging ang nakakaalam ay ikaw na nasa arena ng pakikipaglaban, kung saan at paano ka dinurog ng kalaban, ikaw mismo na nagdusa at nagpakasakit at naghandog ng dugo at pawis; ikaw na nagsikhay ng buong lakas; ikaw na nagkamali, ikaw na nadapa at nalugmok pero tumatayo ng paulit-ulit, ikaw na humuhugot ng lakas mula sa siphayo at pighati; ikaw na tunay na nagsusumikap lumaban upang matupad ang mga layunin;

Ikaw na nakababatid kung ano talaga ang "great enthusiasms and great devotions; you who spend yourself in a worthy cause; who at best knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if you fail, at least fail while daring greatly.”

Grit keeps on telling us to rise above any difficulty. Having grit is having the power to transcend!

Kaya natin bumalik at tumayo ng paulit-ulit. We will overcome fear and emerge empowered and with so much love to offer humanity.

Knit thy grit and never wait a bit!

In the intricate tapestry of our existence, mental health is the intangible essence that weaves together our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It resonates in the depths of our being, shaping our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Like a guiding compass, it influences our response to the trials that life presents, the connections we forge with others, and the path we tread toward wholesome decisions. This elusive force holds significance throughout our journey, from the tender stages of childhood and adolescence, blossoming into the tapestry of adulthood.

How do I dance if I am lame?
How do I move if my limbs are crushed?
How do I sing with a broken voice?
How do I love if my heart’s become numb?
How do I live if I’m am dead?
I know I died 20 years ago
But I have learned to transcend
And let all of my trauma go
I was at my darkest
I was the farthest I’d ever been
But that’s where I sensed
All of my existence
I learn to sing and dance again
I’m ready to give hope
Now I know...

If you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong
Just remember, in the winter, far beneath the bitter snow
Lies the seed that with the sun's love
In the spring becomes the rose.

As the rose grows in the bitter snow of winter, the sunflower survives intense droughts. “Sunflower is considered one of the more environmentally resilient ...

Music Helps Transcend

I love music! Music is life. Music is hope. It makes me rise after the fall. It makes me cry after the call, gives light and might, and ignites; it conveys the unheard. It captures the unseen.

Bata pa lang ako kumakanta na ako, and whenever I sing, I go to another dimension. As if I am going to the place wherever or whatever my music says. I have found the secret to transcending any fear! Any worry. Any predicament.

These 3 photos were remarkable. Photo #1 was taken in Wisconsin, and they requested me to sing "You've Got A Friend.", the 3rd photo was taken in Singapore, I staged a concert there, ang saya, nalimutan ko mga problema, and the 2nd photo was during the lockdown, singing without anybody watching, and that was the time I was able to come home and discover my inherent capacity to transcend adversities.

Get up and dance and sing. Time for our spirit to be keen. It will not only trigger productivity. Life's purpose will be enjoyed with clarity. So get your music and revert to your melody; it will sustain; your pain will turn into your gain. It will keep you going and clarify your thinking, re-igniting the spark, awakening the numb, leading you back, and arresting all smack.

Critical thinking helps us discover research studies that reveal that listening to and playing music increases the body's agility and appeal, producing more cells that fight invading viruses and boosting the immune system.

Healthline said that Music changes the brain; neurology reveals that listening to music could trigger the release of neurochemicals for mental health: dopamine, a chemical associated with pleasure; stress hormones like cortisol; serotonin for immunity; oxytocin, a chemical for the ability to connect to others. A powerful impact is a result. Boosting memory, building task endurance, lightening the mood, reducing anxiety and depression, improving pain responses, and enabling one to work more effectively.
