This patient, a previous infertility case, came to us with an 8 cm myoma. Using the advanced technology at Pro-Create, we performed a laparoscopic myomectomy, which is a minimally invasive approach that allowed her recovery to be smooth and quick.

After waiting 6 months, she tried conceiving and became pregnant naturally within a few months. Delivery was by cesarean section due to a scarred uterus from her previous surgery. Fortunately, there were minimal adhesions, and the procedure was uncomplicated.

This patient had struggled with infertility for several years. When she finally conceived, she faced a subchorionic hemorrhage and persistent hypogastric pain in her first trimester, raising concerns for a possible miscarriage. Further evaluation revealed she had APAS, an autoimmune condition affecting pregnancy. With proper treatment and medication to manage her condition, she safely navigated the first trimester.

We are now joyfully in her third trimester, praying for a continued safe and healthy pregnancy journey ahead.

This 40-year-old patient faced a 10-year journey of infertility, complicated by APAS, Adenomyosis, PCOS, and two previous pregnancy losses.
Through hormonal correction and guided preconception care, we prepared her body for conception. A few months later, she became pregnant and, with proper prenatal care, carried her baby safely to term.

Pro-Create Fertility & Ob-Gyn Clinic performs laparoscopic treatment for blocked fallopian tubes to help improve patient comfort and reproductive care outcomes.

This was a case of bilateral hydrosalpinges, a condition where the fallopian tubes become fluid-filled and blocked. This condition may cause pelvic pain and can negatively affect fertility by affecting embryo implantation. To address this, laparoscopic removal of both damaged fallopian tubes was performed using a minimally invasive approach. The procedure allowed precise surgical treatment, minimal post-operative discomfort, and safe discharge the following day without complications.

Since both fallopian tubes were severely damaged, future pregnancy will most likely be achieved through assisted reproductive treatment such as IVF.

If you are experiencing pelvic pain or fertility concerns, early consultation may help provide better treatment options. Book your consultation with Pro-Create today!

Fertility treatment is not always about having unlimited time, sometimes, it’s about making the most of a very small window.

This patient came to Dr. Diana after years of infertility due to endometriosis, and also faced logistical challenges since her husband is a seafarer and could only stay for a few weeks each year. Before her husband arrived, we focused on correcting her hormones and managing her endometriosis. We then performed one cycle of ovulation induction during their 3-week window together, which surprisingly resulted in a successful pregnancy. We continued to monitor her during her first trimester to ensure the baby was developing well before referring her back to her original OB.

Another lovely visit from a previous IVF patient

She was diagnosed with blocked fallopian tubes, so we proceeded with IVF treatment. We were able to create 4 embryos, and fortunately, she became pregnant after her first embryo transfer. Her IVF baby is growing beautifully, healthy, and developing adequately.

She still has 3 remaining embryos safely stored in the IVF center, ready whenever she and her partner decide to expand their family again.

Seeing patients return with their babies is always one of the most rewarding parts of fertility care.

PCOS is not just about irregular periods. It also affects how the ovaries function internally, including how follicles develop and mature. In PCOS, the ovaries are usually enlarged and contain multiple small cyst-like follicles on the surface. This is why it is called poly-cyst-ic, meaning many cyst-like structures.

Understanding PCOS helps patients better understand their symptoms and treatment options.

A foreign couple came to me after 3 years of infertility.

The patient was diagnosed with PCOS, hyperprolactinemia, and a history of endometrial hyperplasia with atypia, while the husband was diagnosed with male factor infertility. They had already undergone several rounds of ovulation induction from different OBs, even from providers abroad.

When they consulted with Pro-Create, we focused on:
• Hormonal correction
• Lifestyle modification
• Partner evaluation and referral to our urologist, Dr. Sergio, for proper management of male infertility

Fortunately, pregnancy was achieved within a few months. Her pregnancy journey was smooth, and now she has delivered her first healthy and beautiful baby.

This case reminds us that infertility management is often a team approach, involving both partners and comprehensive care.

📌This Endometriosis Awareness Month, let us talk about symptoms that are often misunderstood.

Bowel symptoms during your period aren’t random, especially if you have endometriosis. In some patients, endometriotic implants (seen here as small red dots inside the blue circle) attach to the intestines. During menstruation, these implants also react and become inflamed, just like the lining of the uterus.
That inflammation can irritate the bowel, leading to:
✅Nausea or vomiting
✅Constipation
✅Diarrhea
✅Severe lower abdominal pain

If you experience severe period pain or unusual gastrointestinal symptoms during menstruation, it may be worth having a specialist evaluation.

Not all infertility is hormonal. Sometimes, there is a physical barrier silently preventing pregnancy.

This patient came to us after 3 years of infertility. She previously underwent blind dilation and curettage elsewhere, but pregnancy still did not occur. Upon careful evaluation, we identified endometrial polyps (P1 & P2) obstructing the endometrial canal, physically interfering with embryo implantation. This time, we performed hysteroscopic removal. With direct visualization of the uterine cavity, we were able to completely identify and remove the polyps without leaving remnants behind.
Hysteroscopy is a highly recommended procedure for endometrial masses because the doctor can directly see and treat the exact problem, improving accuracy and outcomes.

If you’ve been trying for years and nothing seems to work, it may be worth asking: Was the uterine cavity fully visualized?
