📌Patient Story
This patient had been trying to conceive for several years. She had been pregnant before but unfortunately, suffered multiple miscarriages. Upon further evaluation, she was diagnosed with APAS. On her third pregnancy, we carefully managed her with medications to support implantation and prevent miscarriage. Now, she is in her second trimester, and she’s overjoyed feeling her baby move in her tummy.

We’re just counting the weeks until she can finally hold her baby in her arms. Wishing her a safe and healthy delivery ahead!

This patient had been trying to conceive for several years but faced challenges due to PCOS and high prolactin levels. She initially underwent ovulation induction with another OB, but was unsuccessful. After consulting with me, we did all the necessary workups, corrected her hormonal imbalances, and planned another cycle of ovulation induction. And it worked, she got pregnant in just one cycle!

What severe pelvic endometriosis looks like. This patient came in with infertility and a huge 13 cm endometriotic cyst. We started with hormonal suppression before surgery to get the best outcome. She then underwent laparoscopic oophorocystectomy, removing only the cyst and preserving the o***y, which is important for fertility.

✅ Minimal invasive surgery means she was walking the next day and was discharged the same day.

📌Patient Story

For 10 long years, this patient battled infertility caused by multiple factors—endometriosis, adenomyosis, subclinical hypothyroidism, pre-diabetes, and male infertility.
Her treatment journey with us spanned 5 challenging years. We started with 3 cycles of IUI, all unsuccessful.

As time became more critical due to her age, we made the difficult but necessary decision to move forward with IVF. During IVF, only a few eggs were retrieved, resulting in just 2 embryos. Despite careful preparation, the first embryo transfer failed to implant. Still, she refused to give up. With only one embryo left, we maximized every possible option. She underwent hysteroscopic endometrial scratching, received hormonal suppression, and was referred to an immunologist to optimize her chances before the final transfer.

Nine months later, she delivered the proof that perseverance pays off.

During her first trimester, she experienced spotting and a subchorionic hemorrhage, which required referral for a cerclage that successfully resolved the issue. In her second and third trimesters, her baby showed growth restriction, which we managed carefully with proper nutrition and supplements. Due to scheduling conflicts, she delivered at another hospital, but she later updated me that both she and her baby are doing well despite the challenges along the way.

This OFW patient had previously undergone IVF in the UK due to severe endometriosis and myomas, but her embryo transfer was unsuccessful. She came to Pro-Create for a second opinion. Dr. Diana recommended hysteroscopic surgery to remove adhesions and myomas and optimize her uterus. She also advised taking medication to suppress endometriosis while her uterus healed before attempting another embryo transfer. Six months after surgery, she had another embryo transfer, and this time, it was a success!

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), often caused by untreated infections, can seriously affect fertility—even when symptoms are mild or absent. Symptoms of PID are often subtle, sometimes showing only as vaginal discharge. The most serious consequence is tubal damage, which can make natural conception nearly impossible.

This patient had been trying to conceive for 5 years. Upon evaluation, both fallopian tubes were blocked and had developed hydrosalpinges due to a previous infection. In this case, IVF was the pathway that allowed her to achieve pregnancy.
