The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) issued the Memorandum Circular No. 2026-09 "Updated Guidelines on the Roles and Responsibilities of Local Government Units in accordance to the Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act of 2018 (RA No. 11166), and providing for the Guidelines in the Reconstitution and Strengthening of Local AIDS Councils and Implementation and Monitoring of Local HIV and AIDS Programs, Projects, and Activities - Amending for the purpose DILG MC No. 2013-029"
