🙅♂️Don't diet. Change your habit.
🤦♂️I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and I wanted to share it with you.
🥗Dieting is something that seems like it should work—you eat less, and then you lose weight—but it never does.
🙇♂️Why? Because diets don't make you change your habits, they just make you change what you eat for a period of time. And that's not good enough to make any lasting changes in your body.
😱So what do we need to do instead? We need to change our habits! We need to start thinking about food differently: not in terms of "diet" or "bad" or "good," but in terms of how we treat our bodies every day with the things we put in them.
👨Changing habits takes time and effort, but it's worth it because once you have changed your habits, you will be happier and healthier for the rest of your life!
