Authority Bias vs Humility Intelligence
Authority can make decisions faster, but it doesn’t automatically make them right.
Authority bias happens when we stop thinking just because someone has a title. Humility intelligence, on the other hand, is knowing that no matter your position, you can still be wrong—and being open to that.

In medicine and in life, authority should guide decisions—but humility keeps us from making dangerous ones.
