Hi guys, here's some pieces of advice if you want to make better blends.

Blending by Perfume note

There are 3 different perfume notes

Top note- rise rapidly and evaporate, typically detected about 10 mins on skin

Middle note- heart of the blend/modifier, typically detected 10-45 mins on skin.

Base note- to anchor the aroma/core of aroma

30% Top note
50% Middle note
20% Base note

Scent group

Light
Medium
Strong

Early 1900's, smell prism was

Spicy
woody
floral
herbaceous
Citrus
Resinous

Woody- (from trees) Patchouli, Cedarwood
Herbaceous- Angelica, Clary sage, marjoram oregano
Citrus- Lemon, bergamot
Floral- Chamomile, Yasmine, rose, ylang ylang
Resinous- Frankincense, etc.
Spicy - Anise, Cardamom, Myrrh

3 oils from same group is nice for blending

Side by side in wheel 1 floral, 2 citrus or 2 herbaceous, and 2 woody.

Opposite- 3 spicy and 3 Citrus, 1 woody and 1 floral, etc.

Hi everyone! I saw this beautiful example that I just needed to share with you! 😊

So by now, I know most (if not all of you) know that when an oil bottle is labeled "100% pure", it really doesn't mean much. The term is not regulated, so anyone can claim their adulterated and much diluted product is "100% pure" even though it's far from it. Here's an example of blue tansy: both of these bottles were labeled 100% pure (the label on one bottle was removed because we're not brand shaming)

The bottle on the left is obviously way lighter in color, but do you see the outer ring? The ring consists of chemical fillers added to the essential oil. Yet fillers were not listed on the ingredients 🤔

The bottle on the right is so concentrated that it bled through the lid. It is deep blue in color because it is pure. This is a perfect example of our Seed to Seal promise which guarantees 100% essential oils. I’ve witnessed the process of planting the seeds, all the way to bottling and sealing on Young Living farms and it’s very real. It provides full transparency so you know what happens every step of the way, with no interference by a middle man.

Labels can say anything: and often, the more "fancy words" needed on the label, the more we should really look into the quality of the product, as often terms are used solely for marketing purposes. "Seed to Seal" stands by itself!!

This is why I encourage y’all not to buy the cheap oils at Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc. (or some of these new pop-up essential oil companies whose sole marketing tactic is that they have "cheap oils") because you cannot know what you’re really getting. You do not know what you’re paying for. You don't really know what's being diffused into the air you breathe, or what you’re putting on your body that ends up in your bloodstream and inside your cells.

Ever wonder why Young Living’s diffusers (some) has colors?

We never question why Young Living produce its popular diffusers with colors.

After attending our color lights classes our instructor pointed out the fact that it could be a form of color therapy.

Among the big name in Color Therapy is Dinshah. Ghadaliah. He passed away in 1966 and when he died, his son Darius Dinshah put his work together in a book which is called *LET THERE BE LIGHT*

Dinshah go on the basis of color light is energy medicine - everything has vibrational frequency and that it works on us coz our physical body composed of molecules and atoms.

Each elements in periodic table has its own color radiation. Science shows that each elements radiates photons aka quantum of lights with specific frequencies in the light spectrum.

Dinshah developed the full spectrum color wheel. And this book lists the color light protocols to use against the various disorders (diseases)

So what we use for therapy are AromaSound penlights - but we want you to be able to use what you have at home and apply intentions towards what you use.

So you have your *diffusers* and you have your *oils.*

Here are ways that you can use your *diffuser lights* and *oils* to address the issues you are faced with.

*Example:*
if you want to address *phlegm*

Dinshah is very particular about the color you use as clothes and particularly insists on white because he believes if use other color the color changes.
Dinshah is particular about many things that we perhaps cannot follow so we apply quantum physics to what we can’t follow.

Hospitals also use color - eg phototherapy lights used on babies are also color

• EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS
Eucalyptus Globulus is most commonly found in mouthwashes, cleaning products and air fresheners. Eucalyptus Globulus is the strongest and most intense of the eucalyptus oils. It also has the highest amount of eucalyptol and has a very strong, sharp, and green scent to it.
