This morning, the Capas community came together for the Heartbeat Run 2026, promoting active living and heart health through our Lifestyle Medicine Program.

With strong participation from runners, health workers, and partners, the event reminded us that movement is medicine. Participants also availed of post-run health services, reinforcing that caring for our health goes beyond the finish line.

Thank you to everyone who made this activity meaningful and successful.
