Afternoon bestea to the rescue 😌💛

After lunch, I prepped chicken for tacos — akala ko makakain ko na agad, pero dinner pa pala siya dapat! 😅
So instead of giving in, nag-bestea muna ako.

Nakafocus ako sa work hanggang dinner time — silenced the food noise, no guilt, just flow. 🙌
It really helps when cravings hit — I just sip, refocus, and move on with my day.

Then come dinner, shake-shake muna ng fiber before the meal.
Still enjoyed my tacos guilt-free! 🌮✨

Small shifts. Big wins. 💛

11 kgs gone in just 4 months — without starving or spending hours at the gym (ni hindi nga madalas lumalabas ng bahay! 😂)

No complicated diet, no intense workouts.
Just simple habits that blend right into my mom life. 💗

I didn’t rush it. I just showed up — one tea, one shake, one mindful choice at a time. 🌿

💞 Shedding weight slowly but surely
💞 Food freedom unlocked
💞 Confidence renewed
💞 Belly getting lighter every week
💞 Energy finally back!

Today called for comfort food — sinigang and leftover pancakes from the kids’ breakfast. 🥣🥞
Simple joys after a long, tiring week. 💗

Bestea is my breakfast — it sustains me until lunch time na.
Hindi ako na-tempt kumain while preparing their breakfast. ✨

But before breaking my fast, shake-shake muna ng fiber to block those carbs.
Then enjoy na ulit ang meal, guilt-free! 😋

You didn’t rush, didn’t quit — just showed up, one small choice at a time.

Even after that long bed rest back in 2023 when Tim was in your womb — you came back stronger, gentler, and more in tune with your body. 💪💖

Now we’re here — feeling lighter, happier, and still enjoying motherhood and food.

Allowing your body to rest fully is also a form of self-care. 🌿

Still on a high from yesterday’s event — August Champions Awarding back-to-back with President’s Month Kickoff! 💛

Seeing everyone, celebrating wins, and feeling that sense of purpose again filled my heart so much. 🥹✨

It was the culmination of my hard work from the last quarter, and at the same time, the start of new hope for this year’s last hurrah! 🌞

Pero ngayon, ramdam ko ‘yung pagod.
Physically tired, but my heart is full. 💖

Kaya ngayon, pahinga muna.
No guilt, no rush — just pure gratitude for where I am and who I’m becoming. 🌸

Hindi lahat ng “gutom,” kailangan sagutin agad. 😉

Minsan, hindi pala gutom ‘yung nararamdaman natin — pagod lang, inis lang, or bored lang. 😅

Before, automatic sagot ko diyan = pagkain.
Pero ngayon, pause muna ako… sip ng bestea, inom ng water, then check kung totoo bang gutom.

Ang ending, mas mindful na ako — at nakakatawid ako hanggang eating time na. 🙌

Tulad nito sa pic — during a self-care moment, binigyan ako ni ate ng nuts para raw malibang ako ahaha.
Eh nasa fasting state pa ako! 😅 Ending, inuwi ko na lang yung nuts hihi. 🥰

Baby steps lang talaga, but each day feels lighter. ☁️

Kala mo kailangan ng perfect diet para magbago?
Naku hindi! Parang naririnig ko pa yung sinasabi namin noon, “Walang diet diet!” 🤪

Eh ano pala ang meron?
Just time-based eating.
I make sure na mag-shake shake muna ako before.
Then I can eat na pati mga cravings ko — walang diet restrictions! 👌

Over dinner, nasabayan ko trip ni Gello na burger and pizza, nakapag-instant coffee date rin with papa habang may tulog na bata sa lap ko hehe. 🤭

Hindi ko kailangang maging super strict para maramdaman ‘yung glow, energy, at happy gut! ✨

Ngayon mas aware na ako —
at mas intentional kahit sa simpleng choices araw-araw. 🥰

👉 Sino pa dito ‘yung no diet diet pero may quiet results? 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋

60 days na akong tubig lang ang iniinom, no softdrinks.
30 days na fruits and veggies lang, no fried foods, no red meat, no sugar.
I also exercise regularly.
Maaga na rin akong natutulog, then nagigising na ako ng 4 AM.
Nagjo-jogging ng 3km kahit umuulan, at pakiramdam ko puno ako ng lakas.

Hindi ko alam kung kaninong kwento ito…
pero hindi naman ganyan ang FGS ko hihi! 🤪🤣

Tuloy pa rin naman ang pagkain ko sa oras.
Nakakainom din ng soft drinks pag minsan.
May healthy meals, pero meron din pizza, burger, at fries pag minsan.
Pati ice cream at sweets — nyahaha! 🍦🍕🍟

No heavy workout pa rin sa ngayon — pinipilit lang mag-steps kahit 2k man lang daily.
Tas yun na ‘yun — tea and shake na panlaban diyan! 😅

Result?
✅ Nag-normal cholesterol ko
✅ May energy maghapon na walang crash
✅ Nag-lose pa ako ng 11 kgs in 4 months!
Ayun talaga hihi! 🥰

Hindi madali, pero worth it. 💛
Yung dati ko laging “coffee + bread or sinangag = breakfast,”
ngayon “bestea + confidence” na!💗

P.S. of course nagbe-breakfast buffet pa rin ako pag nasa staycation. Pero managed na eating habits with the system I’m using. I still enjoy food like you do hihi!
