🌀 Don’t sleep with the fan directly facing you!

Explanation:
When the fan blows directly on your body while you sleep, it can cause several problems:
1️⃣ Muscle stiffness or “lamig sa kalawasan”
• Constant cold air can make your muscles tense up.
• Pagmata nimo, mura kag “naipit” or “nalisang” ug ugat — especially sa neck ug shoulders.
2️⃣ Dry throat and sinuses
• The moving air dries out your throat and nose, which can lead to sore throat, cough, or baradong ilong.
3️⃣ Poor blood circulation
• Overcooling causes your blood vessels to tighten, making your body feel heavy or sore in the morning.
4️⃣ Dust circulation
• Fans can also spread dust and allergens around the room, triggering sneezing or sinus reactions.
💡 Tip:
• Angle your fan sideways or upward (dili diretso sa lawas).
• Use the oscillate mode or timer setting if available.
• Or better — use a fan for air circulation, not direct cooling.
Lamig ang hangin, pero ayaw pataka tulog nga fan nakatutok diretso nimo 😅
