Explanation:
When the fan blows directly on your body while you sleep, it can cause several problems:

1️⃣ Muscle stiffness or “lamig sa kalawasan”
• Constant cold air can make your muscles tense up.
• Pagmata nimo, mura kag “naipit” or “nalisang” ug ugat — especially sa neck ug shoulders.

2️⃣ Dry throat and sinuses
• The moving air dries out your throat and nose, which can lead to sore throat, cough, or baradong ilong.

3️⃣ Poor blood circulation
• Overcooling causes your blood vessels to tighten, making your body feel heavy or sore in the morning.

4️⃣ Dust circulation
• Fans can also spread dust and allergens around the room, triggering sneezing or sinus reactions.

💡 Tip:
• Angle your fan sideways or upward (dili diretso sa lawas).
• Use the oscillate mode or timer setting if available.
• Or better — use a fan for air circulation, not direct cooling.

• Your chest collapses, making it harder to breathe deeply.
• Breathing becomes shallow, which means less oxygen for your brain and muscles.

Eye twitching — or eyelid twitching — is when the muscles in your eyelid (usually the upper one) involuntarily spasm or move repeatedly. It’s usually harmless and temporary, but it can be annoying.

Here are the common causes:
👁️ 1. Stress – very common trigger.
😴 2. Lack of sleep – your eyes twitch more when you’re tired.
☕ 3. Too much caffeine – coffee, energy drinks, etc.
📱 4. Eye strain – from phones, computers, or reading too long.
🌬️ 5. Dry eyes – especially if you wear contact lenses.
🍺 6. Alcohol or smoking – can also irritate the nerves.
🧂 7. Nutrient imbalance – especially low magnesium, potassium, or vitamin B12.

Usually it goes away on its own in a few hours or days.
✅ What you can do:
• Get enough rest
• Reduce caffeine and stress
• Use warm compress on the eye
• Lubricating eye drops (if dry)

⚠️ Key Characteristics / Symptoms

AOSD often shows a triad of classic symptoms:
1. High spiking fevers — usually occurring once or twice a day, often in the evening.
2. Salmon-colored rash — a faint, pink, non-itchy rash that may appear with fever spikes (often on the trunk or limbs).
3. Joint pain and arthritis — affects wrists, knees, and ankles; can become chronic and lead to stiffness or swelling.
