1️⃣ FOOT → THE FOUNDATION OF THE BODY

Sa ubos, makita nimo nga ang tiil nag-shift ug pressure outward or inward.
If ang tiil mu-collapse (pronation) or ma-twist (supination):

mo-change ang alignment sa knee

mo-tilt ang pelvis

mo-rotate ang lumbar spine

mo-side bend ang thoracic

mo-twist ang cervical spine

SCIENCE BEHIND IT:
