Sunday Story-

if you think mangoes are all the same ? Think again. Mangoes have many varieties, from Indian Mango to Duco and to Sapadero - my mom’s favorite . We were privilege this afternoon to hear from our very good friend, whom we call him “Kuya Nano. ” These mango trees were planted almost 50 years ago. He was 12 years old when my grandfather asked him to plant those mangoe trees . They walked almost 10 miles, a 6 hr hike across rivers and hillside . Our grandfather said to him that someday these fruit trees will be beneficial to whoever takes care of the land.
