Job Opportunity: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Meta & Google Ads Specialist)

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts — with a primary focus on managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
The ideal candidate is not just technically capable, but also understands the strategy behind effective campaigns — from audience targeting and ad creation to performance tracking and optimisation.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Strategise, set up, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Build custom audiences and implement effective targeting strategies
Create or coordinate ad creatives (copy, visuals, and CTAs)
✅ Requirements:
2+ years experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, custom audiences, and pixel tracking
Ability to interpret ad performance data and apply learnings
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
