​Are you a people person who loves to solve problems and make a difference? We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. This is a full-time, office-based position where you'll be an essential part of our team.
Shift: Midday Shift

​Key Responsibilities:
✅️​Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅️​Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
✅️​Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
✅️​Document all customer interactions and details accurately.
✅️​Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.

​Qualifications:
🔵​Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
🔵​Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
🔵​Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
🔵​Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
