In life, we are free to choose our actions but we are definitely not free to choose the consequences of those actions. Kumbaga, kung tatambay ka sa gitna ng kalsada, desisyon mo ‘yan pero ‘yung mangyayari sa’yo ‘pagkatapos kang mabangga, hindi mo na kontrolado ‘yun.
Our behavior is governed by principles. “When we pick up one end of the stick, we pick up the other.” Bawat desisyon natin ay may kaakibat na consequence.
We all have picked up the wrong stick many times in our life, that’s for sure. But, so what? What matters is that you hold yourself accountable for results. May pananagutan ka.
Our response to any mistake affects the quality of the next moment that’s why we must immediately admit and correct our mistakes so that they have no power over that next moment and we are empowered again.
Go on, pick up that stick with confidence and a big smile on your face!
