Good afternoon!
Please be informed of the following schedule of no transactions due to the training for the new system and inventory check:

October 17, 2025 (Friday)
· No bookings, deliveries and releasing of orders for Manila branch only.
· All other branches will continue normal operations, cut-off for bookings and other transactions will be by 4:30pm.

October 18, 2025 (Saturday)
· No bookings, deliveries and releasing of orders nationwide.
· Hubs will only accept processing of quotations.

These temporary suspensions are necessary to ensure the smooth transition to our new system and to complete our inventory reconciliation accurately.
Regular operations will resume on October 20, 2025 (Monday).
