Tumataas po ang bilang ng mga patients with symptom of conjunctivitis or sore eyes. This is very common during hot and summer days as our eyes tend to absorb more ultraviolet rays from the sun which make it more prone to infection. In addition to that, a lot are spending more time in water activities to which germs can easily have an access to eyes and other areas of the body.

Iwasan ibahagi ang towel o gamit sa iba kapag ikaw ang may sore eyes para iwas hawa. Nakakatulong din ang pag wa-warm compress sa mata para ma ibsan ang pamamaga.

Extra ingat sa mga taong may ibang sakit sa mata katulad ng Glaucoma o mga taong may Hypertension o Diabetes.

We are experiencing high volume of prickly heat patients. Normal ang prickly heat of "bungang araw" kapag summer lalo na ngayong umaabot sa 40 degress celsius ang temperatura. Ang prickly heat o bungang araw ay isang uri ng rash na nagdudulot ng pamumula ng balat na may kasamang mainit-init sa pakiramdam. Ang pakiramdam ay napakatinding kati na may kasamang namumuong tuldok na p**a sa affected area.

Panatalihing malamig ang balat. Pwede po tayong mag apply ng cold towel ng up to 10 to 20 minutes at palaging mag suot ng loose cotton clothing.

Pwede tayong uminom ng Over the counter anti-histamines para maibsan ang kati o mag apply ng Calamine Products sa affected area.

Stay safe ngayong tag init.

Mag baon at uminom ng tubig palagi at iwasan mabilad ng sobra sa araw. Napakaraming sakit po ang naglalabasan kapag tayo ay Dehydrated.
