Dear Patients,

Please be informed that OK Laboratory Diagnostic Center Inc. will be closed for half day today due to the recent earthquake that affected our area. This decision has been made to ensure the safety of our staff and patients while we conduct necessary safety inspections of our facility.

Laboratory Processing

Morning-7:00 am-11:15 am
Cut off time: 11:15 am

Afternoon - 1:00 pm-4:30pm
Cut off time- 4:30pm

We will not accept anymore specimens such as urine and stool sample beyond the cut off time to avoid contamination of specimens.Receiving of urine and stool samples will resume at 1:00 pm.
