I love Cinnamon Bark EO

Menstrual pain is experienced by the vast majority of women. A recent clinical study evaluated the benefits of inhaling cinnamon bark essential oil among adolescent and teen young women during menstruation. Cinnamon bark contains trans-cinnamaldehyde, which has antispasmodic properties; and eugenol, which prevents the release of prostaglandins (a key to reducing menstrual pain). Inhaling cinnamon bark essential oil for 15 minutes when experiencing menstrual pain significantly reduced the pain felt.
