This will be our first ever yoga retreat in El Nido. Body. Soul. Yoga weekend retreat is a 4-day fun-filled experience that will awaken our bodies through the practice of Yoga. Educate and express our minds through learning from recognized teachers in the field of Yoga and Mindfulness, as well as from each other. Let us gratify our souls with love for music, and dance with the beat of the drums with nature.

Imana is a professional Sound Healer since 2014.
Originally from Belgium, Imana lived for more than 20 years in Nepal and started travelling around Asia from 2016 onwards.
She is a professional Sound Healer who shares her sound & vibration healing work through connecting with your heart.

Experiencing her Sound Bath will immerse you in a complete sensory experience. This journey with sounds, vibrations and her shamanic voice will cleanse your body & mind and bring you in a deep state of relaxation.

Only P450 to join the class. Yoga mat will be provided.
