Note: A RELIEVER CONTRACT will be issued after checking of requirements
Duties
• October 8 - 11, 2025 (10hrs Duty Onsite)
• Free transpo (back and front) and lunch
• Meeting place at 1241 A-1 National Highway Brgy. Dila Sta. Rosa Laguna
• Target number of patient per day - 250
• Professional Fee - 1,000/per day - after duty paid
