Get ready to get hungry!🤤

One of the many reasons I travel is that because I love food! Yes! I said it! I want to eat calorie worthy food!!!

And because food is fuel for me it also should nourish my soul and I make it a point that I find balance in what’s healthy and what is also tasty. These are absolute TREAT MEALS not cheat meals!

Of course now I’m back at home, i will readjust back to my meal preps and I’m happy to do so.

Sydney Solo Trip: The Practice of Being Present

The real gift of this journey wasn’t sightseeing, it was awareness. It is the experience of seeing life through a fresh lens.

My solo trip to Sydney became a practice in being present.
I approached every moment with a childlike curiosity. I let go of the need to control the itinerary, and instead finding joy in the simple, unfolding of the day.

I enjoyed the bus and train ride, savoring the commute more than fighting against it. Waking up without guilt, letting the day’s activities fit rather than forcing them, and noticing everything with a sense of “oohs and ahhs.” That was the work.

It was a powerful reminder that the best inspiration comes not from doing more, but from simply being present.
Thank you to everyone who so generously shared their time and resources, making this trip more memorable. 💖
