I made this fb page during covid for online consultations for my patients to still receive medical care amidst the pandemic.

But now, I prefer face to face consultation for proper physical examination and ultrasound to arrive at a right diagnosis and treatment. I kept this page for appointment schedules, for patient’s concerns and to share my journey as an OB with my patients.

To my patients, i know some of you are anxious, so as much as i can, i try to reply at my free time. If I cannot reply and you feel that it is an urgent concern that cannot wait for your next appointment, you can proceed to the clinic or at the emergency room.

Our fb page is online 9 am - 5 pm. Outside that is our free / rest time.

Thank you for those patients who respect that.

Rest is a must in the medical field, we too get tired and need to sleep.. And enjoy life, what’s left of it, outside our clinic and the hospital.

All we are asking is, please be kind to your medical health workers.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends fetal kick counts to monitor the baby's well-being by counting how long it takes to feel 10 movements within a two-hour period. Ideally, you should feel 10 movements in less than two hours, and you should begin counting around 28 weeks of gestation. If you consistently feel fewer than 10 movements in two hours, you should contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Anything can happen, sadly some are out of our control.
