Lagi po ako nagsasabi na if hindi po makakapagintay ng reply magpunta po kayo sa respective clinics na chincheck up ko po kayo.

Happy new year mommies! Please take time to read this post as we all want to have a prosperous new year ahead of us.

Lets all be cautious!

Due to the current increase in flu cases,I strongly advise all pregnant patients to wear a face mask when coming to the clinic and when in crowded or enclosed public places.

Pregnancy can lower immunity, making expectant mothers more vulnerable to flu complications. Wearing a mask is a simple but effective way to protect both mother and baby.

I also encourage everyone to:
• Frequent handwashing or use of alcohol
• Avoiding close contact with sick individuals
• Getting enough rest and fluids
• You may advise ahead of time if you have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, colds).
