Together for a Cause

Divine Grace Medical Center, with the heartfelt support of our Medical Staff Organization of DGMC, proudly extends its donation to the Angat Buhay Foundation. This contribution will aid relief efforts for those affected by Typhoon Tino and Uwan, and strengthen other Angat Buhay programs that uplift communities in need.

The cheque donation was personally turned over by our Medical Director, Dr. Ismael M. Mercado, together with Dra. Nella O. Mercado, Chief of Clinics and warmly received by the Foundation’s Deputy Executive for Operations and Partnerships, Ms. Marie Joanna Camille D. Belmonte.

This Antimicrobial Awareness Week, Divine Grace Medical Center reminds everyone to use antibiotics responsibly to help prevent drug-resistant infections.

Overusing or misusing antibiotics can destroy beneficial microbes and allow harmful bacteria to become resistant, making infections harder to treat. These resistant bacteria can spread in communities, workplaces, and homes, especially when proper hygiene is not practiced.

Our doctors took part in the 1st Mount Grace–IRCAD Taiwan Minimally Invasive Surgery Fundamentals Workshop, where they strengthened their skills through hands-on, world-class training led by one of Asia’s top surgical institutes.
This learning experience equips our medical team with enhanced techniques in minimally invasive surgery—helping us deliver safer procedures, faster recovery, and better outcomes for our patients.
