As part of our Wellness Program, 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 proudly conducted the Poster and Slogan Making Contest with the theme:

𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 successfully launched its Wellness Program, 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒇𝒊𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒚𝒍𝒆𝒔.

Every Monday, right after our flag ceremony, we don’t just start the week with a salute to our flag—we start it with a salute to our health! 🇵🇭✨

Engaging in regular physical activities helps students:
✅ Boost brain function for better focus in class
✅ Improve mood and reduce stress
✅ Build stronger bodies and healthier habits
✅ Foster teamwork and school spirit

By making wellness dance exercise part of our Monday routine, we’re setting the tone for an active, energized, and productive week ahead. 🏃‍♂️🎶
