T.R.I Drugstore proudly received its Certificate of Accreditation from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) as an accredited 𝑮𝑨𝑴𝑶𝑻 Facility last November 21, 2025, during the PhilHealth Regional Office VI’s PULSE event (Promoting UHC through Linkages, Synergy and Engagement) held at Citadines Hotel, Bacolod City!

This milestone brings us one step closer to serving our community better by helping PhilHealth members claim FREE covered outpatient medicines under the GAMOT Program—with an annual limit of up to ₱20,000!

We are now in the process of preparing our system, staff, and service flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone.

I. BACKGROUND

Republic Act (RA) No. 9994 or the “Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010” was enacted to support the overall well-being of the elderly by granting additional benefits and privileges to Senior Citizens such as the grant of a 20% discount and exemption from the Value-Added Tax (VAT) on the purchase of medicines and medical devices, among others.
