A month of developing healthy habits!
Tip #1. Do not focus on your weight. It will lead to frustration.
When you start eating healthy, your weight loss will be faster during the first week. Instead of monitoring it daily, try to do it every week or two. Your muscle, water and fat weight are your indicators if you are losing the weight the healthy way. Losing weight without dropping fat percent, losing muscle mass or water weight is unhealthy. On the contrary, losing fat percent, increasing muscle mass, increasing water yet losing the weight, are signs you are doing it healthy.
