💡 ALAM MO BA?
Ang Influenza o trangkaso ay isang nakahahawang sakit sa paghinga na dulot ng influenza virus. Maaaring maging banayad o malubha ang sintomas nito, at delikado lalo na sa mga bata, matatanda, at may iniindang karamdaman.

🔬 SANHI
Ang trangkaso ay dulot ng influenza virus na may tatlong uri:
• Influenza A – Pinakamadalas magdulot ng malalaking paglaganap at pandemya; nakahahawa sa tao at hayop.
• Influenza B – Nakahahawa lamang sa tao at karaniwang sanhi ng mga seasonal flu.
• Influenza C – Nagdudulot ng banayad na sintomas at bihira lang mangyari.

🤒 MGA SINTOMAS
Karaniwang lumalabas ang sintomas 1–4 araw matapos mahawa, gaya ng:
• Biglang pagtaas ng lagnat
• Panginginig o pagpapawis
• Ubo (tuyô o may plema)
• Masakit na lalamunan
• Sipon o baradong ilong
• Pananakit ng katawan
• Sakit ng ulo
• Matinding pagkapagod
