Let us take care of our joints esp our knees.
This is the xray of my patient with osteoarthritis of the knees. This occurs when the cartilage and other structures within the joint wear out or break down. So in effect, a patient would experience PAIN and STIFFNESS because the bones rub or put too much pressure on each other.

When joint pain narrowing happened, the sad part is that, there no medication available that can regrow the cartilage. In short, there's NO CURE for osteoarthritis. But, you may consult with your friendly RHEUMATOLOGIST to help you and guide you on how to minimize pain and symptoms of osteoarthritis, to allow you to get on with your life. 😊
