Today, my husband, Atty Joseph Deveza, and I had the privilege of speaking with the dedicated employees of ILECO I about the importance of mental health awareness.
🧠 We shared practical ways to understand and manage anxiety, depression, and stress, and highlighted that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
💡 Just as electricity powers our homes, mental wellness powers our lives.
When we take care of our minds, we work better, live better, and serve our community better.
