Sometimes, God let other people to hurt you. Not to bring discouragement, offense nor hopelessness BUT for you to become the better version of yourself.

Remember how God hardened the heart of Pharoah in order for Moses to intensify his prayer and faith towards God and His promises.

Remember how God allowed the enemies of Joshua to fight against him and all Israelites. It became an equipment of God for Israelites to conquer more and great territories.

Remember how God allowed Judas to rebelled against Jesus, in order for us to understand more about the love and grace of God.

We need to understand the very purpose of pain/hurt, is to equip us more to have deeper and intimate relationship with God. Bible says, God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalms 34:18).

It became the best weapon of God to lead you closer unto Him and to be more faithful to the plans of God towards your life — because accept it or not, people will really failed. But it’s only the grace of God that can use that failure into greatest testimony ā¤ļø

Hindi lahat ng panahon okay, kaya nga kailangan talaga natin si Lord lalo na sa mga panahong di natin kontrolado.

We are the clay and He is our Potter —our lives are always on His hands. So now, start to accept pain not to destroy you nor to eliminate your value. But to continually mold you to become better and faithful person šŸ™‚

Whatever pain you may have right now, start to use it for you to trust God more not to hate people. Start to use it in order for you to release more forgiveness. Lahat naman tayo may limitasyon, pero sana wag gawin ang mali ng iba para maghiganti.

🌱Humility is still important.
🌱Forgiveness is still powerful.
🌱Revenge is always a wrong option.

People might hurt you, but it's okay. Move forward and let the pain became the SEED of your growth and molding ✨ Always allow pain for you to experience real freedom and forgiveness. Just a gentle reminder. Shalom!

Using encouraging language to talk to oneself is a great way to develop self-compassion and love. ā¤ļø

Everyone needs validation—to feel accepted and understood. However, we can’t always get validation for others. Therefore, it’s important to know how to validate ourselves. It feels good to be praised, to have your feelings affirmed, to be told you did a good job, and to be appreciated.

It’s normal to want validation from others—your parents, spouse, boss, friends—but some of us seek external validation to an unhealthy level. We rely on others to make us feel good. We doubt our abilities if we’re not explicitly told we’re doing well. We obsessively check our social media posts looking for approval. And we question our worth if others don’t value us.

Relying on external validation can make us anxious or depressed. A lack of self-confidence may cause us to make more errors and have trouble concentrating. And disapproval and criticism are especially painful because we put so much stock into other people’s opinions.

We can’t rely on others to make us feel good. When we do, we allow others to dictate our worth. And we don’t trust our own thoughts, feelings, and judgments; we assume others know more than we do and their opinions matter more. We become needy and ask for validation in ways that turn others off – in ways that scream my self-esteem is lacking and I need you to tell me I’m okay.

Instead, you can learn how to validate yourself. External validation should be in addition to self-validation, not in place of it.
