You keep saying youโre exhausted.
But are you?
Or are you just unstimulated by the life youโre repeating?
Because thereโs a difference between physical tiredness
and emotional stagnation.
You can sleep 8 hours and still feel heavy.
You can sit all day and still feel drained.
But let someone invite you on a spontaneous hike.
Suddenly youโre awake.
You wake up before your alarm.
You pack your bag fast.
You feel a small spark in your chest.
Thatโs not energy from rest.
Thatโs energy from meaning.
Youโre not tired.
Youโre under-stimulated by routine.
Your body isnโt exhausted.
Your spirit is bored.
Itโs bored of scrolling.
Bored of repetition.
Bored of surviving instead of living.
And when you finally stand on a trail again โ
heart beating, legs working, air hitting your face โ
you donโt feel tired.
You feel alive.
Maybe what you need isnโt more sleep.
Maybe you need more challenge.
More discomfort.
More stories.
Because sometimes burnout isnโt about working too much.
Itโs about living too little.
