This is a sad reality 😥😓😪

Nutritional Food Supplements are considered less priority nowadays and viewing it as an additional cost to our expenses. We overlooked the importance of our health because we think that today we are already Healthy but the truth is we don't know what is True Health.

During our Elem. years, we were taught about GO, GROW and GLOW foods but come to think of it, when was the last time that we had or followed this Balanced Diet Guide? It's a big and many ❓❓❓❓❓❓.
