To my dear Patients,

Wag po ganun. Sana po maintindihan natin ung effort at hirap din namin para mag prepare para sa safety niyo. Nasasaktan po ako kasi hindi rin po biro na makipag sapalaran lalo sa panahon na ito para po makapag serve. Hindi rin po biro ung preparation na ginagawa namin, at mas lalong hindi po biro na doble doble at patong patong ung suot namin just to keep you, me and everyone who enters the clinic safe. I could have stayed with my family today if nasabihan po kami ng mas maaga na hindi tuloy ang appointment. 😞

Nawa'y maunawaan po natin yung halaga ng oras ng isa't isa. Marami din pong iba na nag papaappoint pero hindi namin naibigay yung oras dahil naka reserve na. Lalo na po ngayon limited yung slots per day dahil po sa time ng infection control before and after patients.

Pasensya na po kung kailangan namin mag post ng ganito, para lang din po maintindihan natin yung importance ng commitment. If hindi po kayang makarating, walang problema. naiintndihan po namin may kanya kanya tayong reasons, basta makapag sabi po ng maaga para hindi rin po kami nag kukumahog na mag ready on time tapos sunod sunod na same day cancellation po tayo.

PS. Hindi po ako galit, nalungkot lang po ako. Hindi rin po ako masungit, alam ng mga nakakakilala sakin yan. Mejo strict lang po ako when it comes to things like this kasi iba na yung panahon ngayon. Kung dati before this pandemic, alam ng mga patients ko na 1hr ang given time namin per appointment kasi nag lalaan kami ng time to disinfect and prepare, ano pa ngayon na may pandemic.

PPS. Sa mga nahihirapan po sumakay, we understand. Alm po natin pareparehas na mahirap bumyahe kaya please plan your trip ahead of time. AN APPOINTMENT IS A COMMITMENT. So sana po let's give priority sa commitment natin kasi ganun din po kami sainyo 😞
