What did I learn from attending the most recent Inner Engineering event by Sadghuru here in PH?
And believe me when I say, I have a lot of certificates under my belt, Reiki Master, Access Bars, Kabbalah, and all sorts of practices that I've been initiated under.
If I would have been given the chance to restart all over again?
This would have been the ONLY ONE, if not the only other one, that I have truly needed and NOTHING ELSE.
Everything else, was just me people pleasing and the people pleasing? Only brought me, let's just say, some tricky situations.
Momentarily, I may have forgotten that everything happens for a reason.
However, gratitude still overflowed with the awareness that, yes, life is meant to be lived and even the hard moments lead you to the most positive experiences.
And on top of that, I wouldn't have experienced all the mystical things that life could truly offer if I haven't gone through all the other things.
Funnily, even at this stage of my evolution, knowing that even the most random and smallest occurrence is actually an intricate part of a whole tapestry of what we call past, present and future, I still feel regret.
And how do we really overcome regret? By being more grateful and appreciating our own journeys and our own selves. 😊
So what did I learn from the Inner Engineering course by Sadghuru?
1. That I should trust my own self more.
2. That I should have the confidence to teach the things that I know.
3. That I should let myself be myself in a world where it had become hard to be our own selves.
4. That I should trust my own inner knowing and my own intuition.
And when we choose to be like these and do all these, what happens?
We will again go back to who we were truly designed to be in the first place.
Btw, Sadghuru teaches yogic science. And by far, the yogic science focuses on balancing the whole aspect of our own selves, and how we can have inner harmony. Truly hard to explain in words.
It's an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience. 🙏🤗
