The โCayetano in Action: Sports Caravanโ of Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano supported the Kalawit Hornbill Marathon, held on February 15, 2026 as part of Kalawitโs 36th Founding Anniversary. The half marathon, organized by the municipal government under Mayor Arcel Antojado, drew around 300 runners and formed part of the townโs anniversary activities.

Support from Cayetanoโs caravan included event shirts, sports water bottles, singlets for organizers, and raffle items. The assistance complemented the locally organized race and highlighted ongoing efforts to support community sports activities that promote fitness and participation at the grassroots level.
