To promote a holistic well-being and positive academic journey for 3rd year students of DWCL, the Admissions, Guidance, and Testing Center of the Divine Word College of Legazpi organized a Wellness Seminar focusing on Academic Stress Management with the theme “Kalma lang, kaya ‘yan ni Self!” last 22nd of October 2025 at Josef Freinademetz Gymnasium 💪

The session was made more insightful and engaging through the talk delivered by Mr. Ken Andrei B. Cuarto, RPm, who shared practical tips and motivational insights on how to manage stress and maintain a healthy mindset.
