The Clearance Signing Requirements for the First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 are now available.

🔎 What You Need to Do:

- Please review the specific requirements for your year level to ensure you have all the necessary documents and forms.

- Additional requirements are available at our office—visit us to secure anything you’re missing.

- Kindly complete all requirements as soon as possible to avoid delays.

🧠 Psychological Examination (Walk-ins):
- Beginning TOMORROW, November 27, we will be accommodating walk-in students for the Psychological Examination for those whose original schedules were affected by the suspension.
