Building Life-Saving Skills at Libacao Municipal Infirmary.

The Libacao Municipal Infirmary, headed by our Chief of Hospital, Dr. Stig U. Valencia, together with Ms. Frances Fritzie Mareeze T. Zaspa, Nurse I, successfully conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) Training on March 9–10, 2026, at the hospital.

This activity strengthened and aligned BLS training protocols with the latest Department of Health (DOH) guidelines, ensuring that participants and healthcare workers, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and utility personnel of the infirmary, are equipped with accurate, standardized, and life-saving emergency response skills.

We sincerely thank our dedicated instructors from PHO-Aklan, PDRRMO-Aklan, LDRRMO-Libacao, MDRRMO-Madalag, DLNDSMH-Madalag, and KABALIKAT CIVICOM for their commitment to building safer and more prepared communities.

Fire Safety and Preparedness Save Lives. 🏥🔥

Last February 6, 2026, our hospital conducted a Fire Drill as part of our ongoing commitment to safety and emergency readiness. This activity aims to strengthen our preparedness and ensure that everyone knows the proper procedures during fire emergencies.

We extend our sincere thanks to BFP Libacao for their guidance and support in making this activity successful. Together, we keep our workplace safe.

Today, February 4, 2026, our hospital conducted an earthquake awareness and emergency preparedness activity to strengthen workplace safety and ensure everyone knows how to act during emergencies.
