I love the scent of Gratitude Essential Oil and yun talaga ang nakalagay dito sa Feather holder.

Kaso sobrang ulan☔️ and lamig 🥶 lately kaya need something for respiratory support. Dapat healthy and happy sa Pasko. 🎄 Ilang araw na lang. 💚

RC is our oil for Respiratory Comfort. Patak sa mask, pangmassage, apply sa spine, bottoms of the feet and deep inhale. Laking tulong na makahinga ng maayos kahit malamig ang hangin.

Ganito kami kagabi sa anticipated simbang gabi. Wala na maupuan and pagod na ang batuta kaya pinaupo ko sya sa mga paa ko. Halos mamanhid paa ko and sobrang sakit naman ng likod ko kakatayo. 😅 I have spina bifida kaya prone talaga ako sa lower back pain.

Pakauwi ay nag-apply ako agad nitong Deep Relief sa legs ko. Di ko sya dala kasi ibang bag pala gamit ko kahapon. 😅 Kaya lesson learned na dapat dala ko ito lagi. 🤣

Flew to Manila a few weeks ago to attend the 4th Anniversary of Young Living Philippines. To avoid excess in my baggage allowance, I only brought these 4 bottles of essential oils-Panaway Essential Oil, Breath Again and Deep Relief Roll-ons and my Happy Blend with Valor, White Angelica, Sacred Mountain and Joy Essential Oils.

Why 2 bottles for pain relief? Because I have a very low pain tolerance. Then after 6 years, I tried to wear heels again just for the event. I’ve already anticipated the pain but the intensity is too much for me to bear. When I can no longer tolerate it, sat on a bench, removed my heels, massage my legs and feet and wore my flats. The feeling of relief was overwhelming and I was able to enjoy the rest of the day with our tribe.

The roll ons have been my handy dandy first aid for respiratory comfort and pain relief.

My happy blend is also my all-natural, non-toxic perfume.

Kaya I thank God I have these oils for pain relief.

I just layered these trio on the area of concern.

Copaiba has anti-inflammatory properties and an oil magnifier. It magnifies the properties of the oils applied on top of it.

Panaway for pain away. 💙

And peppermint to seal everything and for a cooling sensation.

Guys, say hello to Shelly, our Pawikan inspired diffuser 🐢💚. My Little Oiler loves it so much that it will be diffusing non-stop for a week or so 🤣🤣🤣.
